Faye's plan, Home page
This is the unbelievable details of the legacy of Harry
Croll.
On the 13th June 2003 Harry Croll died from stomach
cancer leaving his wife of 55 years, Lynette Croll (Nette) and his five
children: Trevor Croll, Faye Johnson, Cheryl Prater, Leonie Dore and Ian Croll.
On or about the 20th April 2003 Harry called his son, Trevor and asked
him to come to 2 Flett Street Bunyip, the family home to help his mother Nette.
He was
told he would be paid for the service of helping my mother and that my mother
would need his help. His company, Everton IT Pty Ltd was to be employed as a management
consultant and paid $30,000.00 for helping his mother run the farming properties
and helping her through the coming difficult times as Harry knew he was dying.
Faye had been living with Harry and Lynette in the family home rent and board
free for the last two years getting looked after and meals cooked for her. When
Trevor arrived from Queensland he found Nette in
dispute with Faye and her boy friend, Bruce James, over Harry's best race horse,
Bunyip Bell. This horse had been stolen by Bruce James in that it was registered
as belonging to Bruce James. Nette had put the registration right at
considerable cost and against Faye's and Bruce's wishes.
Nette was suffering from high blood pressure and was in a state of distress.
High blood pressure and mercury over time cause dementure. Mercury causes heart
arrhythmia, mercury and heart arrhythmia causes blood clots and blood clots
cause stroke and heart attacks. Nette had already had two strokes and was
suffering from the stress and distress from seeing her husband of 55 years
suffering and being ill.
Harry was executor of the Estate of William Nigel Balcombe Quick, his
neighbour and the two beneficiaries were disputing this estate in the Supreme
Court of Victoria. Since, according to the Wills Act, the Executor of the
Executor become the Executor on the death of the Executor, Harry changed his
will by adding Trevor, as an executor to help his mother, Nette, with the
two estates that would need administration.
Trevor's sister, Lynette Faye Johnson, was running an alternative agenda. She could
see the family estate becoming available and had already begun the process of
collecting as much as she could for her self. Nette
has produced a statutory Declaration detailing Faye's behaviours, this was
prepared to defend a guardianship application made by the three daughters.
Trevor was
defamed by Faye to his family in Queensland. Trevor did not receive any mail and after
some protestation he received a little mail, but many letters went missing.
Lots of bad things
began happening to Nette and Trevor.
-
Harry's favourite race horse had been stolen by Faye and registered as belonging to Bruce James.
- Trevor was defamed to his family in Queensland. They were told he was
being lazy making Nette wait on him.
- Trevor's
mail was lost causing much grief and expense traveling to sort things out.
- Faye made many attempts to have fights with Trevor, but he refused to
fight and was prepared to suffer punching, abuse, accusations and blame to
avoid fighting. This occured during and after harry was dying.
- Our tenants at the Longwarry farm were told they had to move out as the
property was being sold. We learnt that Faye had made efforts to get
potential buyers for that farm. John Girlac, a neighbour, had told Bill
Moore, the tennant, in front of at least four others that the farm was for
sale, that Faye had offered it to him and he told what price he had offered
to purchase it for.
- Two doctors failed to properly treat Nette and began telling her
what she should be doing or should have done with regard to Harry's funeral
and looking after herself. We became aware that they had had a concerned
visit from Faye and we believe they were influenced and were trying to
achieve outcomes with Nette that were inappropriate for Nette but would have
suited Faye.
- 5 days after Harry's funeral Faye attacked Nette and Trevor claiming
Harry
had done the wrong thing by her by changing his will and adding Trevor as an
executor. Faye accused Trevor of changing Harry's will.
- The
family solicitor refused to do probate on Harry's estate. In fact he denied Nette her property titles he had in safe keeping for her and
Harry.
- Nette discovered that all her special keep sakes had disappeared
including her marriage certificate, Heirloom family letters and photos,
other important papers.
- Trevor caught Faye out as Faye had thrown out Nette's medications.
- Nette had another stroke diagnosed by the doctors as a cluster stroke.
- Lots of Harry's
clothes and personal effects disappeared out of the house.
- Nette's coin and note collection (valued at $2,000,000) disappeared
from the house and Nette reported this to the Bunyip Police who did
nothing.
Yes Faye's taking of property was reported to the Bunyip Police.
- Trevor and Nette recieved death
threats that were reported to the Bunyip Police.
- Cheryl conveyed death threats from Faye to Trevor and this was very
convincing as several identities were mentioned who could be considered to
be able to either do a hit or organise a hit.
- Trevor had some anonymous male person on the phone warn him that he had a
hit organised on him. This was reported to the Bunyip Police who did
nothing.
- Cheryl conveyed death threats from Leonie to Trevor. Leonie was going to
bury Trevor in her earth moving business.
- Cheryl was conveying messages to Nette that Faye was going to take all
Nette's furniture and the rest of what she owned from her house. Nette had been
suffering panic attacks and Trevor had installed sensor lights and changed locks
to help
calm Nette. None of this was enough.
- On the 11th November 2003 Nette suffered another stroke and spent 2.5
months in the Dandenong Hospital.
- Before Nette was recovered Faye and her son Alan went to visit Nette and
distressed her with accusations against Trevor, threats against Nette and
made a scene causing Nette more distress and increased blood pressure.
- Trevor had a 1.3meter 5cm diameter steel pipe held in a base ball pose
with his head lined up for a direct hit by Faye's son, Alan Johnson. After
some terrifying minutes Alan eventually decided not to and put the pipe
down. This was reported to the Police who did nothing about it.
- The Bunyip Police came to the house and helped Faye obtain property she
claimed was hers from the house. Faye took more than was hers again
distressing Nette.
- Cheryl called Trevor on his mobile phone and threatened him that he would
suffer grealty. Nette had found herself so distressed from talking with
Cheryl that she refused to answer the telephone and Cheryl became angry that
Nette was no longer allowing Cheryl to get at Nette.
- In February 2003 Nette recieved by mail a Guardianship
Application form from Leigh Norton, social worker, Dandenong
Hospital. This formed detailed that Nette had dementure and that she was
being abused by Trevor.
- In November 2003 23 head of cattle disappeared out of the Longwarry
farm. (were stolen) This was reported to the Warragul CIB.
- In October 2004 ten head of cattle disappeared out of the Longwarry
farm. (were stolen) This was also reported to the Warragul CIB.
- Bruce James and Faye came to the family home and tried to intimate and
bully Nette into letting Bruce have the horse Bunyip Belle.
- The
Family Solicitor, John Kyne of Boothby and Boothby, refused to do the
probate on Harry's will. Because of this Nette and Trevor decided they had to
do it themselves and after one month it was mostly finished.
- John Kyne attempted to refuse to give Nette the property titles that were
in his safe keeping, denying them to Nette even when she was an owner
of the properties. But since Trevor and Nette had probate on Harry's will and knew
their rights he could not deny them. (Probate means to prove to the court that the
will is the last will and testament).
- Someone was coming to the house and getting in and moving things
around. Cups purchased for Harry's wake went missing. Ornaments hanging
on the window and other keepsakes went missing. Trevor's socks also
disappeared. Some more of Harry's things disappeared. Alan Johnson did not
deny that he had been with Faye when the cups were taken. The locks
were changed four times, fencing staples were put into the lock on the
garage doors. Screws were put into the sliding doors to keep them from being
able to be opened. The last time someone unknown was in the house moving
things around and taking things was October 2004.
- The keys to the Toyota 4WD
and Nette's health file went missing.
- Food in the refrigerator was causing sickness and it is now
realised was poisoned with mercury.
- When Nette went to visit her sister to get away from the fear and terror
of the situation Nette was reported to the Police as a missing person.
Trevor was accused as kidnapping her. Relations were called and informed of
the situation.
- Nette's sisters and their families were informed that Nette was demented
and told nasty things about Trevor.
- Trevor was told he was the peeping tom of Bunyip.
- The Police were regular visitors, they would drive in, say hello, look at
us, then drive out.
- Friends told Trevor that they had hears stories about him, that he was a
criminal, that he was crazy and other defamatory statements.
- Ian Nadenbush called Trevor and accused him of being a proper bastard
because of what he is doing with the family estate and his mother. Nette
spoke to Ian as Ian was not prepared to listen to Trevor's explanations, and
Nette set Ian straight, she hopes.
- Police raided the house at 2 Flett street and took away all the computers
there.
- Nette was unable to do her BAS and began panicking about this. The Police
refused for several months to provide any access to the data on the computer
systems they took away.
- Bunyip Police gave Leonie and Faye a time and place where they could go to
cause Trevor grief and insult. This they did so Trevor
took out an intervention order and the three sisters gave Trevor their
undertaking not to trouble him for twelve months.
- Nette had to come to Victoria to undertake another neuropsychological
report at the direction of the Public Advocate on behalf of the Guardianship
Tribunal. Coming back caused her to remember her grief and losses including
being unable to live in Victoria and this has caused her grief and stress
with accompanying high blood pressure which lasted for a week till she
settled down again.
- The Nette's Doctor gave her a talk about how Trevor was doing the wrong
thing by her. Our conclusion is that Faye has done the concerned daughter
routine and convinced him that Trevor is Nette's problem.
Nette is now totally debilitated, she can not walk and is
mentally confused and is in a nursing home in Queensland and she is only 78 and
this should not have happened to her.
